An excellent breakfast. Good choice of cereals and fruit. With a large full English cooked breakfast which was very tasty and delicious. The room had an ensuite. The bedroom was comfortable and was clean and well presented with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There was also a fridge in the room which had fresh milk in and a microwave guests can use downstairs.

Lovely characterful bed and breakfast in an isolated village deep in the North Pennines. Much quieter than the Lake District over the hill but just as picturesque. The room was warm and comfortable and there was a good breakfast provided.

Eastview B and B is truly a home-from-home! Situated in a small village/hamlet surrounded by moors with a bubbly river running through there are lots of places to walk and explore. Our room was warm and comfortable and the hosts provided an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice - cooked and continental. They offered e.g. picnics/precooked evening meals on request which is useful to know when staying 3-4 miles from a town.

Charming B&B with a friendly host called Lana. I was a little late getting in and the local pub was closed for refurbishment, so Lana offered to provide an evening meal, mince & dumplings which was delicious. Cosy fires and the decor make for a lovely comfortable stay at this B&B. Excellent value and service.

East View is a lovely little cottage in a lovely quiet village. Lana and Phil are fantastic hosts who really have thought of everything. They made us a scrumptious evening meal and the breakfast was really good too. Garage for our bikes and heated clothes rack for our wet gear. Very homely and relaxing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend; perfect for C2C stop or Pennine Way walkers. Thanks so much Lana and Phil

The host was lovely. We really enjoyed the chat when we arrived and in the morning during breakfast. The location was great to rest and relax as it is calm, quiet and peaceful. The house itself is very charming and cute.
