Anne the host could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Everything exactly as offered. Shower was fantastic - hot with great pressure. Suggestion for local pizza place (Beaufort House Pizza)for dinner was spot on. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the Highland Club for NYE. Our apartment in the old abbey was so spacious and lovely with modern furniture and all amenities you could think of. We had a fully equipped kitchen, huge living room, lovely bedroom and bathroom. A welcome basket was waiting for us, filled with all sorts of lovely stuff (snacks, noodles, rice, wine, cookies, fudge etc.). Also the fridge was stocked with milk, we had all the basic cooking ingredients... simply amazing! Staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage (there is no elevator). The common areas were amazing - if you are a Harry Potter fan, this is the place for you! It really felt like real-life Hogwarts! We loved the indoor pool and also the big "common room" with pool tables and other games. The courtyard with the big chess game was also really lovely. Location right at the shore of the Loch Ness and only a 5min walk to the centre of the town! Will definitely come back!
