An extensive breakfast menu includes Cereals, fruits & pastries, and a menu with hot breakfast choices including a Full English Breakfast. There is also fruit juice and a selection of coffees and teas.

We had the loveliest time staying at The Trout. It was everything we wanted in a countryside escape and more - the pub had excellent food and great beers, the historical building and surrounding area were gorgeous, the room was cosy and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. What really made our stay here extra special though was the generosity and warmth of the management. The team here truly understands hospitality and will make you feel not just welcome, but at home. Highly recommended!

Stylish and rooms were a good size with all mod cons. I ate in the Diner and enjoyed the atmosphere and stylish fit out. Food was very good value. Staff in the diner and hotel were charming. I felt welcomed from start to finish. And the room was super quiet!

It was warm, cosy and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect! It was private and quiet, good to relax and unwind. The host very kindly provided a hamper full of treats which was a lovely gesture and made us feel very welcome.
