The property was in a good location close to the beach. The property was lovely. All the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Kate was especially lovely with lots of ideas on things to do and places to go, she made breakfast time most enjoyable.

The decor was beautifully done throughout the property, I also loved that there was an ice machine for guests to use, also good quality products in the room such as molton brown soap, hand cream, shampoo etc and coffee and tea were all Cornish. The place was so clean, and welcoming.

The apartment is located very close to the city centre which makes grocery shopping and other activities in the city quite comfortable. There are quite some steps to climb when coming back from the city, so maybe do not buy too much :) . The furniture is modern and cosy. The flat is located on the second floor (there is no lift). The kitchen is spacious and features a dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. It is possible to park a car on the property, so parking is not an issue. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

Great location, wonderful views, and brilliant to be right there where everything is going on, and yet my bedroom was very quiet (it was a Monday and Tuesday night though!), and private.
Really liked the recently refurbished rooms, contemporary and stylish, with great attention to detail (the old prints and postcards of Falmouth are very evocative). Generally very happy with everything!
Great location, beautiful surroundings and stunning gardens. Private beach was the best part for me and my teenage daughter as it provided a lot of privacy for us to swim and most important, peace and quiet. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive and did their best to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fabulous, very good quality and a decent portion with a range of continental buffet options.
