Nice large cottage with individual rooms. Private bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, there is a pleasant common reading room at the back of the cottage. Whilst on a busy road, we did not hear any noise from our room towards the rear of the cottage. There is a very nice pub 4 minutes up the road which does a variety of pub food. The facilities matched the price.

Our host, Janette, was a delightful lady who was friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Our room, though small, was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The B&B was in a cute village of great heritage, and was a nice walk for dinner at the local pub. On-site parking was provided. Enjoyed our stay.

This location allows you to use public transport (bus station and train station in short distance). Also good for shopping. And few minuts walk to beautiful Dunfermline abbey. Great location for access to Dunfermline City Centre or the Motorway links to Perth or Edinburgh. Hidden away and very secluded, the owner, Brent, is very welcoming and can impart a wealth of local knowledge. Great home cooked breakfast and very comfortable rooms.

This wee hidden gem is situated in a great location, just off the main road but very quiet. The hotel and rooms were tastefully decorated, our room had a super king bed which was very comfortable. The en-suite was well appointed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with a choice of continental or cooked. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

Lovely welcoming gentleman who owns the place and does everything on his own. Rooms were great, clean, modern and everything you could ask for. Great location - just outside Dunfermline City Centre so nice and quiet but still only 10 minutes in a taxi to the hustle and bustle. The hotel also has a bar inside which is ideal for drinks before you go out.
