This annexe in Derby was perfect for me in every way and I wanted for nothing. Marcia is just lovely and cares greatly for the comfort of her guests; rarely have I stayed where such care and thought has been put into the accommodation. It is clean, warm and cosy, the bed is comfortable and there is a well appointed small kitchen with a microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
This is great value for money as well as just being a great place to stay.

The pictures do not reflect how beautiful this property really is. I’ve stayed in a lot of derby accomadation and this is by far a high standards and very clean in comparison to the others I have stayed in. It was Warm, spacious and had a touch of luxury. I loved the 45 inch TV with Netflix the hot shower and the fact the house is brand new . Bonus is that it has a washing machine . In addition to a cooker, microwave and oven. Centrally located and a 2 mins walk from the city centre..it is gated and quiet . Highly recommend
Great location, quiet area but was close to a music festival we were attending.
Small tesco nearby and a pub.
Perfect size for a couple and everything you need. Private drive for car too.
Nice location within walking distance of town centre, Cheap and cheerful cafe called "snack box" a short walk away and open from 6am for the early raisers! Nice encaustic tiled floor in hallway. Private lounge area adjacent to room with sofa and TV was very nice. No-fuss check-in with code box. Rooms were spotlessly clean and towels provided, comfy bed. Room was nice and quiet being away from main roads etc. Did not use the kitchen or the Wifi so cannot comment on those.
Everything! Cheaper than a Travelodge and Everything was just as good. Big bathroom, big mirror, lovely door mirror, USB plugs, amazing food. Slept well, good room temperature. Great location, in city centre. Free parking. Friendly staff especially at breakfast and reception. Clean everywhere!
Quiet location, spacious and a straightforward 25-30 mins walk into city centre. Private, free parking, easy access instructions. Pretty well equipped, though not 100%. Welcome pack of milk, cereals, biscuits is a good first impression.
Value for money easy to get to, lots of cheap parking nearby, great location for pubs, restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet we couldn't hear anyone else in the building.
