When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted outside by the owner with a warm welcome and helpful instructions on using the excellent and convenient on-site parking.
From them, after helping with our luggage, the owner gave a us tour of the delightful building and it’s facilities.
Our room was decorated beautifully with amazing artwork and an incredible chandelier to boot!
The linen on the bed was soft and the pillows were just right
A range of breakfasts to suit any taste were offered and greatly received.
This hotel is a hidden gem in a leafy London suburb with a lot to offer the weary travellers to the families or the couples looking for a pleasant and relaxed stay away.
The owner has gone above and beyond to make the whole experience wonderful, highly recommended!

Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is fast. The staff are very helpful. If you are driving in London, then it's a great location. They have parking onsite with lots of space. This hotel is near a commercial center with quite a few options of restaurants, within a walking distance (only 5mins walking). It's not far to East Croydon Station (about 8 mins by taxi), and from there you can take one of the express trains and be in the city center quite quickly.
