Excellent breakfast. I could not fault it. Good shower. Firm bed and comfortable. Kathy was a fine host. She went the extra mile to recommend restaurants providing their post codes and telephone numbers etc. The refrigerator on the landing was ideal for storing my packed lunches. I would use the same b&b if ever I am in the area. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The Goudhurst Inn, hotel in Cranbrook

Located in Goudhurst, The Goudhurst Inn features a restaurant, bar, garden, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Easy parking, friendly staff and speedy check in. Room was spacious and comfortable with excellent recently refurbished bathroom, good shower. Good wifi. Plenty of outside patio and garden space. Ate twice in the restaurant and excellent meals on both evenings - quite busy on the second evening with a couple of large parties, but service was still good, so they've obviously got the staffing levels right. Great location for visiting Sissinghurst gardens. Would certainly be happy to return.

The room was clean and spacious with a good bathroom. The pub has excellent food and a good choice of refreshments. The jewel in the crown was the amazing welcome and friendliness of the staff. I cannot overstate how amazing the staff and owners were and I never expected to be playing card games with the locals in such a warm, inviting and impressive pub. In the words of Arnie, I’ll be back!

Very welcoming staff. I was given a quiet room when I requested a move away from the kitchen extractor fan! The meals were tasty. The room (8) was pleasant with lots of space.

In centre of village. Quiet at night. Charming room. Old building is a warren of different parts, but main areas are open, wooden beamed and atmospheric. My suite had its own staircase, many chests of drawers and large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good instant coffee. Very good cooked breakfast which arrived quickly. Staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant courtyard outside for a quiet drink.
