Amazing location , lovely view of the sea and the room was amazing. The entire place was very clean and tidy, the staff were all very friendly and happy. The breakfast was out of this world .

The welcome was very warm and friendly, they were really helpful when I bombarded them with questions as I'd never stayed in Lyme Regis which really helped. The bed was the best one I've had in a hotel, albeit was quite high, not great when you're only 5ft 1"

Lidia was a wonderful host. We loved the spacious, private room in a beautiful home with separate access. The bed was very comfortable with beautiful linen. Minton house is in the centre of a lovely, quaint little town and also in driving distance to other well known towns and stunning countryside and coastal walks.
We especially loved having a home cooked delicious breakfast every morning and chatting with Lidia. She is a very friendly, welcoming host. We highly recommend a stay here.
It is a lovely private room on the ground floor with a nice walk in shower. The location was quiet, parking easy and right in the centre of Colyton. Such a lovely host. Excellent breakfast. We felt very welcome and it was lovely spending time at Minton House

Lovely to have a wood burner. Very homely,, with the feeling of 'going home' after a day out. It was perfect for my wish for a quiet comfortable time, could have stayed much much longer.
