Very pleasant location. Close to a train station if you don't drive (I did). Hosts were very friendly. You are staying in a bedroom in their house to make that clear. Nice breakfast provided too. I was very lucky that I was the only guest for the 2 days so had free use of the one shared bathroom. My rating may have changed if the place was full and having to wait to use the bathroom. However it did offer value for money.

Great location for travel to and from the NEC for a work event. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although on the high street in Coleshill it was quiet at night and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location in quaint small town and very close to M42 motorway (5 mins). Very friendly and competent staff. Very clean and quiet. Excellent value and good "all you can eat" English breakfast.
