It was a pleasant room which would be good for a family but not for 2 friends as one of us had to sleep in a small bunk bed fin a dark corner

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We were allowed to check in earlier than 4pm. The host kindly arranged a taxi for us to take us to the wedding we were going to and prepared takeaway breakfast to accommodate our early departure the next day.

The customer service from Debbie was fantastic. She contacted me before I arrived to make sure she was available at the time I said I would arrive. The rooms are perfect. Clean, comfy and quiet.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Very well appointed comfortable room and shower room. Excellent breakfast options. Good location for birdwatching, walking distance to town, Mudeford. Great hosts, was well looked after throughout.
Great location…seconds from the slipway for launching paddle craft, a few minutes walk into town. Quiet, private, safe area. Tastefully decorated with lovely little touches, well equipped, surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Friendly owners and great communication. Would highly recommended and we look forward to returning!

Great location in a very quiet residential road close to all the local attractions; Tuckton Gardens and tea room, riverside walks, river and harbour boat-trips, Christchurch Priory, Hengistbury Head, Mudeford Spit. No need to drive if you are happy and able to walk. The furthest of these (Mudeford Spit) is about 3 miles away; Hengistbury Head about 2 miles; The Priory is less than a mile via the ferry or just over a mile-and-a-half via Tuckton Bridge. Riverside walks only 5 minutes away.
Great place to stay! Extremely clean, bed very comfortable and very easy check-in. Great location, 5 minutes walking from the train station and under 15 minutes from the city center. A nice pub on the river where to have lunch within 10 minutes walking distance as well.
