The room was stunning in decor. Comfortable bed. Great facilities. Staff were so helpful and kind. Had an issue with heating which was due to WiFi being down but was sorted asap with no problem. The breakfast was lush.

I just stayed here for one night while attending a local conference but found the Snug very comfortable with all the facilities I needed and great communication from the owners to guide me there and ensure I had a good stay. Nice, quiet location.

Absolutely fantastic went for my partners birthday for 2 nights we had the best time here so quiet hosts were so accommodating, clean tidy comfortable amazing views, will be back again, highly recommend

Lovely simple hotel that was perfect for the one night stay while doing some longer driving. As a lot of the reviews say, older interior but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. A nice change from some of the chain hotels that have no personality or character and cost more. Great location off the main road. You can hear the cars with the window opens but very quiet with them closed.
Comfy room with good towels and bathroom tea coffee comfy pillows, comfy bed, quiet , good tv however no satellite tv as advertised. Excellent breakfast friendly staff very clean hotel.
Excellent breakfasts and evening meals and very reasonably priced. Well equipped room and bed very comfortable. This is a charming old coaching inn, so be aware some traffic noise in rooms at the front, but this did not adversly affect our stay.
