At the bed and breakfast, every unit has a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. Some units include a balcony and/or a patio with garden views and an outdoor dining area. Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies.

An inn we have stayed at a few times, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Food is lovely, and good for me who has severe milk and gluten intolerances. Staff were very informed on allergies and super helpful when ordering. The room is beautifully decorated, waking to the sound of horses hooves passing by in the quietness of the countryside area is so relaxing. Bath and shower are clean and classy. Breakfast is spot on and part of the price.

Loved staying in a place that we could get to everywhere we wanted from in our rental car in the south east. Then the blessing of the quiet well catered space.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Withy Farm. We are a family with an 8 and a 15 year old and they were in heaven. The 8 year old adored feeding and spending time with the farm animals and the dogs, and playing with Hugh and Sarah’s lovely grandson. We loved meeting all the animals (chicken, pigs, cats, dogs, pony, geese, goats and sheep!) and the stunning country walk with the dogs. Hugh and Sarah were the most incredible hosts - thinking of everything and going out of their way to help us at every turn. They were both brilliant with the kids, and we really enjoyed just spending time with them - drinking tea annd eating home-baked cake. Their home is spacious, cosy and inviting and they made us feel like part of the family. Bedrooms were warm and comfy, breakfast was a fabulous spread, and we were all genuinely sad to leave. We can’t recommend it more highly!

At least, and maybe more, our 6th overnight stay here when travelling between UK and Europe. Managed to book our favourite room and found it to be even nicer than I remembered. Really enjoyed our evening meal and a comfortable, quiet night before a very early start. As we couldn't have the included breakfast they kindly made us a picnic bag to take away. All good. We look forward to another visit. Thank you.

We stayed overnight in the annexe suite, with a large living room, bathroom/toilet and private yard. It was quiet and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was pleasant, as was breakfast. There was a field where our dog could exercise.

The food was fresh and delicious. The Staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and interested in us as individuals. Cleanliness was excellent. Tea and coffee were generous. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. It was easy to regulate the temperature in the room, turning radiators on or off and opening windows. It was a pleasure to see that the carpets in public and private areas were clean and not worn. Location was superb.
