    The garden room, just off very lovely X rectory house, in lovely setting was a delightful surprise, better than expected. Contemporary renovation, spacious, cosy and beautifully done. Lovely big comfy bed, great bathroom, heated floor plus small lounge area. Had excellent vegan dinner just short stroll down road at The Duck. Very sweet and quiet village. Nespresso coffee machine & frother at breakfast😃👍

    The property was just right for a chilled out short break. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We used the train from the Wickham Market station to Woodbridge, it was just a 15 minute walk away from the property. Tina is an excellent host, we would recommended this property. The property was well equipped.

    Great location, quiet but also central to many sights in Suffolk. Also a very good pub 5 mins walk away for evening meals. The room (Pink room) was spacious with seperate lounge/TV area and a large bathroom with bath and shower. Lots of fresh air. Tea/coffee always available in the breakfast room. Separate TV lounge available.
