It was very private, quiet and had all the basics. Great pubs around, we found 3 within walking distance with good food.

Location is ideal, being a few minutes walk from the town and the downs. If using the train, London Road station is walking distance. Also buses to town centre close by. A superb room, very well designed with a wet room style bathroom. Breakfast was great including fresh products. Loved the separate entry arrangement with the key coded rear gate. Also, I thought the separate price for cleaning was very fair for guests, with just the one charge per stay. Gina and John are so welcoming and helpful - nothing too much trouble.

The facility is pleasant, very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent close to city center and train station yet very quiet.
