very welcoming. room was spotless and bathroom had a great shower. Location is within walking distance of the Lamb in Nomansland, a cosy traditional pub in the New Forest serving great food. we had to leave very early and the owner was kind enough to make us a packed breakfast to take with us.

The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice, lovely towels and toiletries provided.
Pub restaurant was small with a nice selection of good food.

Staff were exceptional, nothing too much trouble, right across all members we met. Room very clean, bathroom fit and finish not perfect but it was the end of season. Grounds to rear kept immaculate.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location - we arrived late which was with prior agreement. Lovely room and comfy bed. We ate at the pub across the road. Breakfast was delicious and very good options available. Helen was a great host. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again. They offer parking and transfers to the cruise terminal but we didn't use this on this occasion
Gorgeous family run boutique hotel hidden in a quiet little spot not far from Southampton on the edge of the New Forest. Room was spotlessly clean, hosts friendly, and bed extremely comfortable. Could not have asked for more.
Great location, great amenities and great hosts - thank you so much for making me feel welcome and safe. My room was cosy and comfortable, my evening meal was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Lovely little private getaway luxury goodies kindly put out for us and all the things you’d need to have a worry free trip away.
Have to say I would book here again in e heartbeat.

Quiet, great hosts, clean and comfortable
The tea and coffee facilities good quantities. The food in the bistro was excellent quality and great value on the set meal bigger portions on a la crate but more than enough - home made jam roll poly - what more could you ask for!
The premises being old and quaint was just the kind of place we like to stay in when in Southampton.
We were made to feel very welcome on arriving .
Menu for breakfast was a great choice I've never seen a prettier breakfast table with fresh fruit and plenty of everything. Both owners seemed lovely people very friendly and helpful .
