This 5-star bed and breakfast offers a concierge service and room service. The bed and breakfast also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests.

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well appointed with top end furnishings and mod cons. The two chaps who ran the place couldn't have been more hospitable - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to anticipate our needs. The food was fantastic (especially the breakfast) - home made or locally sourced and cooked fresh to order. This place is a hidden gem - we will be going back before others catch on how good this is!

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was such a treat. The Dog and Partridge serves a traditional full English breakfast. The pub serves a range of cask ales, ciders and bottled beers, as well as a full restaurant menu featuring flame-grilled steaks, burgers and Sunday roasts.

The checking in was fast, efficient. The room was great, facilities laid out well, shower powerful and hot. There was a sofa bed in the room and great as added seating. There was an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. The ambience was great, and welcoming. This is the best greene King I have stayed in. Very impressed. The towels were large and fluffy! Well situated for the town centre.

Lovely house, well equipped and modernised. Comfortable and clean. Luxury of having 2 ensuite bedrooms! Great location, just 5 min walk from the centre of town, but on a quiet street. Host Kathryn was helpful, there were a few niggles and she did her best to sort them out.
