The two chaps who ran the place couldn't have been more hospitable - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to anticipate our needs. The food was fantastic (especially the breakfast) - home made or locally sourced and cooked fresh to order. This place is a hidden gem - we will be going back before others catch on how good this is!

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was such a treat. The garden area was not overlooked and had a beautiful view of a field. Such a relaxing setting. The food was exceptional, we ate our evening meal as well as breakfast, all cooked perfectly. Car parking is close to the accommodation.

The checking in was fast, efficient. The room was great, facilities laid out well, shower powerful and hot. There was a sofa bed in the room and great as added seating. There was an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. The ambience was great, and welcoming. This is the best greene King I have stayed in. Very impressed. The towels were large and fluffy! Well situated for the town centre.
