Staff were amazing! Sophie and Peter to name but a few. All helped make my father-in-laws 83rd Birthday celebrations perfect. I cannot fault this place. Absolutely amazing stay. View from our bedroom was stunning.

We were made very welcome and given fresh milk for our hot drinks. We were also given an extra bedroom and bathroom that made our stay much more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Nothing was too much trouble we were shown directly to our room and asked for an iron which was provided immediately. We stayed for dinner where we had steak and it was out of this world. My only gripe was that there wasn’t much choice. Breakfast was amazing with a selection of cereal, porridge, toast and full English which was so tasty. Staff were so friendly too like I said nothing was too much trouble

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The staff were super friendly and were really helpful getting us a few extra things at breakfast for our 1 year old. There was a good variety of options available at breakfast, and everything we tried was delicious.
The location is extremely beautiful; we stayed in one of the cottages on the river side, and the views from our room overlooking the bridge were just stunning. The location was very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for.
We would love to come and visit again.
Charming room, with a beautiful view, excellent dinner (the sea bass special was one of the best I have eaten in a long time), the staff were very friendly. Great atmosphere and great location to visit the Yorkshire Dales. We will be back!
