At the bed and breakfast, the units have a outdoor furniture, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The bed and breakfast provides certain units with quiet street views, and the units are equipped with a kettle. The units are equipped with heating facilities.

Sarah was wonderful. It was my first time staying in a Guest House/B&B and I was nervous about the host being overbearing. Not at all! She was so nice, helping me sort the locks on the doors, dinner, and gluten free breakfast and packed lunch! Thank you!

The cottage is absolutely idyllic. The room is very clean. The breakfast is delicious. The host is very friendly and accommodating. This B&B was the highlight of our bicycle trip across the Cairngorms.

    Malcolm and Stacie are great hosts. They run a set of well designed, nicely decorated, comfortable, family-friendly cabins. Their location is an easy walk from Braemar's charming center. The open design of the social area works great for a family group.

    We had an exceptional stay at this charming guest house. The accomodation was comfortable, clean and well appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The breakfast was simply fabulous, with a delicious variety of options that set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Sarah was extremely helpful, offering a lot of local history knowledge ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend !

    Location location location amazing setting quiet and tranquil lovely with walking distance of everything you needed for your stay didn’t need to use the car. Lovely welcome pack to get you started, Malcolm was a great host and Stacy too !! Very clean very homely.
