Double motorway road closures on my drive to the property meant a three and a half hour journey became six, I arrived at 01:30 and had to get the owner out of bed. He was extremely kind. Amazing value. Breakfast is superb. Highly recommend!

Thought it was hotel but a bnb in a house. There was no sign outside the property - was told neighbours did not want to live to a property with sign. However, I needed a roof and kept an open mind - ought to be good if it was on booking. com It turned out to be a nice stay. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff was so tentative to make sure I was looked after with tea and coffee with fresh milk and the shop whereabout. Will stay again!
