Breakfast was excellent, generous helpings and served quickly with a smile. Dinner was also high quality and service was exceptional. One member even offered us a ride when taxis were not available.

I had porridge for breakfast but would have liked the offer of some toast as well
My sister had the full English but there was no black pudding or hash browns included. We still really enjoyed what we had but some people might expect those items in their order.

The couple who own the property are absolutely lovely. The garden is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are just darling with the most comfortable bed and a huge shower!

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
i LOVED the layout and facilities, the quality of furnishings, the windows and the view. the terrace was private and quiet, everything was well thought-through. a lovely retreat on the edge of beccles close enough to everything to walk, but far enough to feel like you were very secluded.
A warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Explained about the things in the cabin. Well equipped for our long weekend stay. Very comfortable and cosy. A great location, wild flower meadow right beside the cabin. Very quiet and peaceful. Owners close by if you needed them for anything (we didn't need them). A picnic table and benches at the side of the cabin for alfresco dinning.
Great location, in a quiet residential area but easy access to nearby towns. Perfect for a family group or couples who would like a bit of extra space. Hosts are very helpful and friendly.
Great location. Hotel was very clean and the family rooms are massive and great for family with two kids. Plenty of space to run around. My husband and I would give this place rate as a 4* hotel. We had very nice and quiet time. The only thing is the parking.
Great location. Restaurant overlooking river lovely. Parking very convenient. The coffee in the restaurant very good and served by charming staff.
Good breakfast.
