The quality of the hotel, facilities, service, staff, restaurants, spa etc. As we were hoping for a quiet night in a smaller boutique hotel, it wasn’t for us. But it’s a great place with a very good service for families to spend some quality time.

This property was in a great location, with a large private car park. A very quiet location within walking distance of the local points of interest, and a great gateway to explore the sights of Loch Lomond. A nice dining area, inside and out. Food was typical pub grub of good quality, with a popular carvery.
