Although I had to share the bathroom, the place felt so much like a home that I felt relaxed and comfortable with that. We were made extremely welcome on arrival by Mike. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea/coffee/hot chocolate, bottled water and biscuits, together with a nice vanity pack. We were given an outdoor key so we were able to let ourselves in when we returned to the building after the event we attended in the evening. We were met with a friendly greeting; a lovely breakfast efficiently served and quality latte and expresso coffees. I cannot fault the care and trouble they took to make us feel looked after.
