The room was very large, bright and clean . Bed was comfy and bedding good quality . The lady behind the bar was helpful with info about free road parking further up the hill.

The welcome was very warm and friendly, they were really helpful when I bombarded them with questions as I'd never stayed in Lyme Regis which really helped. The bed was the best one I've had in a hotel, albeit was quite high, not great when you're only 5ft 1"

A great spot in Axminster. This Bed and Breakfast is a true gem. The whole place is beautifully decorated throughout, has a comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom , excellent breakfast. Fiona is a very good hostess , a good communicator and overall provides guests with a great experience. Highly recommend this place
