The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful (went above and beyond). Lovely old building, the room was lovely, bed and pillows super comfortable and bathroom clean and well facilitated. Great view out the windows and close to shops in Colyton. Breakfast was fab and didn't mind ordering the day before in advance.

A great spot in Axminster. This Bed and Breakfast is a true gem. The whole place is beautifully decorated throughout, has a comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom , excellent breakfast.
