Spacious and quiet, felt like home, beautiful log fire (with wood provided), big bedroom and great location to explore the area. Melanie was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to eat for my partners birthday. Great that the new inn is only a walk away and does good food. Lots of cupboard space for food in the kitchen and for clothes in the bedroom and lovely, thoughtful touches throughout. We didn't want to go home!

Really friendly staff who were keen to help. Great location in Axbridge square which is well located for a visit to Cheddar Gorge. Rooms were comfortable enough for a short stay though the bathroom was a bit cramped. Excellent breakfast and evening meals.
