Great little pub, good value for money for simple, well kept comfy room. Exactly like the photos. Staff were great and really helpful, even brought my dinner up for me which isnt normally on option, so went above and beyond. Will go back when working near there again

Great location in the city centre. Lovely spacious shared apartment, with private bathroom. Lots of extras provided by the host e.g. shampoo conditioner, sanitary products, flip-flops for walking about, bottled water. Felt like they’ve gone to a lot of trouble.

The place was very clean, very good value for money and comfortable..There's a couple of supermarkets a stones throw away. The other guests I spoke to (a couple of lads downstairs) were sound as well.

Room is clean with all the necessary facilities. Location is great.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Room lovely and quiet. Everything we needed and so comfy. Found shower temperature dial hard to operate but got there in the end. Sad there is no proper reception desk any more, always prefer a more personal approach. It’s not the hotel fault but having to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the people who had been to the gym and Starbucks wasn’t nice.
Facilities were great, the food was good and it was in a great location very close to the tram so we could just leave the car in the car park, which was free of charge.
Room was decent size, comfortable bed and pillows, nice toiletries, iron and board was a nice addition to the room. Starbucks downstairs is a nice addition. Room was quiet but it was annoying when other door slammed then our door were shaking.
