Great location next to the M20. Wonderful welcome by the reception - who were very helpful. Large room with a very comfy bed. The gym is very well equipped and pretty quiet first thing in the morning. Walkable to the Ashford Warren for a pleasant morning walk. All the food that I had was of a high standard.

Lovely room, completely quiet and private, in the back garden of the host. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. Lovely shower room. Plenty of hooks for coats, a detail often missed by many places!

superb location but the local roads are terrible . dark skies, friendly wildlife, great hosts. Only able to stay 5 days, eyes were moist when I left. want to go back If you are going for the fishing, the commons fight like demons! If you want peace and quiet its the right choice .. no children .... though the neighbours are occasionally rowdy great location visited Leeds Castle, Hythe and Canterbury .. all within an hours drive

A lovely private , clean & cosy cottage which is deceptively spacious inside. Set in a quiet rural area, it is ideally situated and a great location for attending a wedding close by. Plenty of supermarkets just a short drive away too. The beds were really comfy and the host provided us with a high chair and travel cot which was great. A sunny conservatory overlooking the well maintained back garden was a bonus. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.
