Lisa was a brilliant host, making us feel right at home.... And what a home!! This house is exceptional, dating back nearly 200 years. Breakfast was excellent and the view out over Carnoustie was really pretty. They even cater for small weddings!! All in all, the best place we have ever stayed in.

The Spa - Was clean, easy to use and very afforadable. We used it twice at 2 hours each and we loved it.
The Room - Was big and very clean. Really comfy beds with a TV with Netflix.
The Breakfast - The owners made a Vegan breakfast and a veggie one for my partner and we really enjoyed it.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We loved the place, IT is very unique, quiet and private. IT Has this unique charm you want to find on your getaway place... The view is outstanding and location will leave you speachless. On top of that Andy, the hoast is amazing and will take care of you like you are his own.
The property is spacious, spotlessly clean and in a quiet private location on the outskirts of the town.
Ground floor which makes it very easy to accommodate a disabled person.
Dog friendly and even had little dog bowls and other cute doggy touches. The cottage was equipped with everything you could need and more. Decorated simply but beautifully and very warm and cosy. The wood burner was a gorgeous touch which we loved having on at night with the feet up and a film on. Location was amazing. Situated in such a quaint little village with quick access to a stunning pebbled beach. Also super close to larger towns like Arbroath and short drive to Lunan Bay and other great locations.
Very cozy, great facilities, lovely space and well set up, great location close to city center and supermarkets, amazing to have a free car park on the doorstep.
The caravan was great spacious and very comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities and living room spacious. It was quiet and lots of grounds for kids to run around. A good bar that was cheap.
