Amazing location with a fantastic view of the harbour and of Instow opposite. Beautifully decorated, clean rooms with really comfortable beds and lovely additions including proper coffee and biscuits, lovely scented bathroom products, and additional snacks available for a small fee. Attached to a lovely pub with really friendly staff, and a great quiz every Sunday! Would return to stay here every time. We loved it.

The place is exquisite, with gorgeous views of Devon countryside and the sea. The breakfasts were wonderful , served in a bright room overlooking lovely gardens. The hosts were a beautiful charming couple always ready to help my niece and myself find interesting things to do. The buildings, including barns, the house, and old well- maintained church are from the Norman and Celtic periods. The land around this gem of a B and B is filled with wildflowers, berries, and sheep. Idyllic.

Such a lovely place and really nice hosts, too. Everything was nice and clean, and there was free parking, too, something you don't always get. The breakfast facilities were excellent, too, with a help yourself set-up in a nice dining room. It has a lovely garden, too.
