Breakfast was excellent, of good quality and choice. Vegetarian option and meat options were chosen and both home cooked, hot, on time and very tasty! Sourdough bread with salty butter is a must with the various spreads and jams. Plenty of tea/coffee and juices started by yogurt, fruit or both, Brill! Can only highly recommend.

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and it was an excellent way to spend our anniversary. We had a bottle of bubbly on our arrival which was very late but Cath was very lovely and kind about it. We felt so safe and the bed was so comfy, warm welcome every single time we saw Cath.

We loved how accommodating they were. We took our dog and the place could not have been more suitable. Private area with gated garden allowed us to leave the room door open and our doggy to wander.. hotel owners surprised us with a bottle of bubbly in the room to congratulate us as we were on our mini moon. ❤️ Wish Andy all the best

Great location for a hideaway trip to chill out. Friendly and helpful staff - even handling a flood! Good range of drinks (only 1 real ale though) and food was popular for a quiet midweek. It’s a Marstons house, which has been refurbed, so room was better than expected for an old inn. I could latch the window and hear the waves crashing on the beach!
