Breakfast was excellent, of good quality and choice. Vegetarian option and meat options were chosen and both home cooked, hot, on time and very tasty! Sourdough bread with salty butter is a must with the various spreads and jams. Plenty of tea/coffee and juices started by yogurt, fruit or both, Brill! Can only highly recommend.

Amazing property, felt like I was royalty for 2 days within Plas Llangoesmor. From the cooked breakfast to the standalone bath, our stay was amazing from start to finish. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and it was an excellent way to spend our anniversary. We had a bottle of bubbly on our arrival which was very late but Cath was very lovely and kind about it. We felt so safe and the bed was so comfy, warm welcome every single time we saw Cath.

Andy was the perfect host - very personable and obliging, though sadly we didn't get to meet Julie due to her work schedule. The breakfast far exceeded our expectation ... we anticipated a breakfast tray with a continental style menu on it, but got a full-on picnic style basket with more than we could comfortably manage (fresh fruit, fresh milk, a litre of orange juice, large warmed croissants, live yoghurt, porridge pots, jams, etc). That said, it was a refreshing change to see a relatively new host to the private hospitality sector going above and beyond to make a good go of their venture, one we're sure they'll excel at. Our room was the Teifi, a family room with large en-suite, fridge, plenty of tea and coffee options in the room, and a fridge, we even had the option of fresh milk if we'd preferred, rather than the sachets. A travel cot, ironing board and iron were neatly stowed in one the fitted wardrobes, but didn't really interfere with storage space ... and there were plenty of hangers for your clothes (something the larger chains need to learn from!). An ideal base to explore the west coast of Wales from, not too far from places like Cardigan, Aberporth, etc. We'd certainly stay again.

A lovely country pub in a very quiet location. The room was excellent, the bed very comfortable and with good quality bedding. The bathroom was large and the towels were also of very good quality. The full Welsh breakfast was very good and the Welsh apple juice was very tasty. We ate there on both nights, lamb the first night and steak on the second: both meals were delicious and very well priced. On the second night, a Friday, the pub was full and full of atmosphere. Zoe and her staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was just right! Fresh fruit to start followed by a lovely cooked breakfast with tea and toast. Beautifully presented. Easy access for parking right by our room, unlike town based properties. Very quiet and peaceful environment was a big plus. Our host Camille was so welcoming and helpful and informative about places to call in to on our daily local travels.
