Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and we would thoroughly recommend La Vethinoise to anyone! Dogs also very friendly. The area is very beautiful and close to Monet’s house and garden at Giverny. We did not have time to explore the whole area but expect to come back.

The property was immaculately clean and obviously a labour of love for the owners . We ate with the owners in the evening and we had great fun comparing views of Brexit , Macron , the housing market etc . Book in advance for an evening meal .

We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. I am going to update my review after staying in four different B&B this week in different parts of France. Gaëlle (the hostess) was absolutely the best. Unfortunately, it was our first night in France this year. She set our expectations were high, so far only one B&B located in Bordeaux comes close. Gaëlle, thank you do much for your hospitality!!!
