A lovely quiet location and a very welcoming host, Josette and her dog. All we could hear were the birds. The facilities were good and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast with home made jams.

A totally adorable couple of hosts, a beautiful setting and a completely kitted out room. I loved it, it was a pine lodge out of the main house, but what a lovely setting. Superb breakfast, and a friendly banter with a wonderful host. Highly recommended for a biker who needs a rest

Patricia, our host, is exceptional. Her hens provided our breakfast eggs. The fruit bushes in her garden provided the homemade preserves.
I swam in the garden pool, 26degrees, at night under the stars of the Auvergne. Magical.
Patricia is helpful, generous and her property is clean, well cared for and its position in a peaceful location.
My husband and I cycled (non electric bikes) and were able to safely store our bikes under cover.
My husband writes: I saw some review say CP was dirty. Whaaaaat? They must have gone to a different place because Patou is fastidiously clean. And the bedroom was so comfortable with its stripped floorboards, handsome fittings and antiques.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The landlady was handicapped by a broken ankle (car accident), nevertheless she did everything to make us feel at home and even cooked a very good dinner for us and gave us plenty of recommendations for interesting outings. The place is a little paradise with a charming garden, very quiet and peaceful - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Charmingly old fashioned hotel with exceptionally helpful staff, who also provided transportation to two members of our party who werr unable to continue their walk to Le Puy. During the dinner served by the owners, a true pilgrimage feeling was achieved despit language barriers.
