I recommend Entre Bastide et Cite 100 %. Beautiful bilding, the room very clean, comfortable, the view from the top roof was amazing. You could see the walls of the medieval city. Very beautiful place. The center of the city and the castle are only 15-20 minutes walking. And the lady of the house, Catherine, was very nice, very helpful and she gave me a little gift, a cactus. The food was truly exceptional and the effort made by Christelle and Laurent to make us feel welcome was really good. The food was prepared and presented superbly. A real tour de force. Outside, there is a good pool and sun beds and a table by the barbecue for communal eating.
