You do need a car for this area but ample parking and easy to find. Great location to travel from for mountains or going by the lake (lac leman)
There are nearby small towns which have lots of cafe's and restaurants ..all price points ! for evening meals
The owners Richard and Josephine were lovely, helpful and very friendly.

We had a great stay. Everything is new, clean and refurbished but still keeping the original charm of the building. Yannick is very nice, making you feel welcome, providing everything needed and giving great material to find good restaurants and hikes. The overall area is amazing with great hiking spots close as well as lake Geneva. Views from the property on the mountains are amazing. The pool is great to relax and refresh. The breakfast is the cherry on top with a large selection of local food and drinks.

We loved the owner’s warm welcome, he even offered to drive us to a nearby hiking path as we were by foot crossing the Alps with GR5.
Breathtaking view in the valley due to the position up in the mountain.
The pool was soooo fantastic after a long day of walk, the rooms spacious, bright and warm.
Food was delicious, homemade with local products. Careful as they’re not cooking every day!

The apartment is very modern and indeed very. It is well organised/equipped with good quality furnishings, (including except for the bed linen) crockery & lighting. We’ll located for the city centre with easy access & yet very quiet.

View on the lake (when no fog) is very nice, nice quiet place, nice rooms, feels like at home and good location, close to shop and 10 mins walking to the Thonon-les-Bains city center.

Good value for money. Communication through Whatsapp was very easy with help of Google translator. I extended out stay for an additional week. Will stay again.
Lovely little studio apartment in a very friendly complex. Loved the very private terrace. Liked the little shop with local produce. Staff from the minute we booked was very friendly and prompt in replying to any queries. Quiet area and quiet complex. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Reception had a lot of information we needed (bus, boat timetables etc). Close enough to the train station (aprox 12 mins), shops, restaurants and to the lake front. Couldn't have asked for more.
