The breakfast was exceptional, we got coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries, a baguette, marmelade and butter every morning. There were chicken in the garden that were absolutely adorable and made the atmosphere while eating breakfast outside really calm and nice. The hosts were also very kind and always prepared to help, I could not praise them enough. It truly was a wonderful place to stay. There's air conditioning, the bathroom is very clean and the apartment itself is very nicely decorated.

Small b&b very close to the centre of Sens. The hosts are very friendly and make sure you feel welcome, and our (small) car could be parked in the courtyard which was very nice. They sell some local products - we enjoyed a bottle of wine when we were there and I bought some caramel to take home. It's a great value for money :) Sens itself is quite pretty, we only stayed for one night so didn't have time to properly check it out but we had a walk around town which was nice.

The owners were very kind and warmly welcomed us. We booked two rooms for 5 members. The third room was empty so we could use the bathroom and toilet freely. My kids enjoyed the toys and books shared from the owners. We enjoyed talking with them during breakfast. Parking was just in front of the house and convenient.

A great and charming hotel. Large family bedroom fully equipped and comfortable. Great welcome by the owner, always kind and helpful. Hotel has a large kid playground, parking and a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast is nice for a good price.

The guest house was incredibly clean, in a charming town. The yard is beautiful and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We strongly recommend the three course dinner cooked by the hosts, it was the best meal we had in France! Would definitely recommend to anyone stopping by to spend a night or two here.

The accommodations are charming and great for the price. Nice sized bathroom. The place is seeing some construction, but it doesn't interfere with the stay. We would certainly visit and stay again.
