It was very clean and tidy, with pool table and home cinema which was useful after whole day relaxing outside in sun :) Great location, just within few minutes away from Evian, town full of shops, restaurants, ice creams and other atractions! We loved pizzeria in Maxilly and the bakery in Lugrin too! Definately recommend to stay there! Nice view at the lake Leman while having breakfast outside the house in the morning! Its a 2 bed apartment in a quite neighbourhood on the main road. 2 massive comfortable beds in each room. We had a very comfortable stay. The host was really good. It can sleep 5 people. 5th person on a very comfortable sofa.
