Excellent location right next to the church and château, plenty of nearby parking, and a well-stocked shop right next-door. Perfect. My dearest Jacotte, unforgettable was my morning in your beautiful designed breakfastroom and my evening and night in my centuries-old and extra large rustic bedroom, all situated in the surroundings of Saint-Galmier. I couldn't believe you are more than 80 years young, so vital and vivid of spirit and mind you are. Ones you enter as a visitor the courtyard of this ancient mansion, you feel yourself safe and timeless. A tip for a very good restaurant nearby? Hostellerie du Forez, in the centre of Saint-Galmier. We enjoyed there a nice 'cena' for a reasonable price in a magnificent surrounding. (I tried to explain this in English). A last remark: the WIFI was one of the best of our hole forthnight-roadtrip.
