The host who was a career chef was most accommodating and pleasant. The room rate was great value for two nights, we would have liked to stay for three nights. Breakfast was fantastic! Situated on large lot with heritage pedigree.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. It just outside Bayeux, plenty of secure parking, beautiful surroundings and all the animals. Beatrice’s warm welcome was the best, and breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Room and breakfast was very good. Wifi ok but not great. Location excellent just a short stroll to the Cathedral and Tapestry. Host is very friendly and helped with taxis, The whole of the B&B was spotless. Parking is outside on the street.
Would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice and centrally located area of Bayeux... super easy to get around to anywhere we wanted to go.... a very secure place to stay as well. Breakfast provided was fantastic and the vibe felt very home as the host made it feel that way. I love that the courtyard gave of a very 14th Century vibe and it made you feel as though you were participating in a past time.

Best breakfast we ever had from someone who used to work as a chef in Paris. His omelettes are to die for. Plenty of choice with bread, pastries, fruits, nuts, charcuterie, yoghurts, … you name it, they have it!

I liked everything about this stay. Positives include - great location for D-Day site visiting, beautiful location (10 mins drive from Bayeux), lovely owners, very comfortable bed and high speed Internet.
Would highly recommend, and in fact, booked another night shortly after arriving.
A nice property in a very quiet location - apart from the church bells. No shops or bars within a 20min walk so a car is essential. Bayeux centre is a 10 min car ride away.
The living area is well equipped with modern appliances and has some very thoughtful touches, however the sleeping area has no wardrobe and barely any storage for clothes. The only mirror is in the bathroom and the sleeping area has a very low ceiling and feels dark and oppressive.
