The accommodation is very well decorated and it's very quiet (even though the motorway is nearby but you can't hear the traffic). Driving to Rennes town centre is relatively easy.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. She recommended us places to eat and where to park easily in Rennes.
The room is very big and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and spotless. Breakfast was included and it was really good. There is a small kitchen and dining room which can be utilised.

Great location in a cosy small apartment close to the city centre. It has everything you need and therefore perfect for a few of nights. Brendan the host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely time in Rennes and we definitely recommend this place. Great start of our trip through France and a bonus that it has a garage!

Easy to locate 5 minutes walk away from the main train station and the main bus station. 15 minute walk away from the places of interest. Great location to be in. Quiet area next to office building and private apartments. Even better with a Taco place which serves up very delicious tacos just a stones throw away from the apartment. Definitely a place to recommend. The room which we stayed did not have air conditioning only a fan, not sure if would be hot if in the summer.
