For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The appartment is located in the quiet and nice district. The way from the Metro station is pleasent and safe. The building itself is a kind of residence for elderly people where one can rent out private appartments as we understood it. There is a concierge service and a well-kept garden. It felt safe there.
The appartment is exactly as in the photos, it is freshly renovated and is good equipped. Very comfortable and a great view from the window.
The room and the bathroom were tidy and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and good. The metro station Sablons (line 1 through the city center) is 5 min on foot from the hotel. Several shops and restaurants are located nearby, as the Bois de Boulogne is, and the place is quiet at night.
The room was typically small for Paris with a tiny bathroom with just a shower, toilet and basin squeezed in.
It is very much a basic hotel (don’t expect fluffy towels, shampoo, bottles of water, etc.) but it was spotlessly clean. It was quiet and in a great location.

Lovely boutique hotel in a lovely part of Paris. Very comfortable and the staff made us feel very welcome. The local cafes, shops and food outlets were excellent. Also a great location to get to other parts of Paris and visit the tourist attractions.

Great location, 50 meters from line 1 metro. Very clean, comfortable beds. Polite staff that knows English. Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to La Defense and city centre.
Excellent location in quiet but well connected Neuilly. Charming boutique hotel with lovely peaceful room. Staff were wonderful including being very helpful with advice on my return journey in the light of the fact that Paris was experiencing some disruption at the time. Would recommend and be happy to return.
