fantastic stay, the owner was very accommodating and had a lovely selection of jams for breakfast, as well as really good local food from the nearby boulangerie. when she found out my favourite jam flavour she bought it for me to find it on the table the following morning. She was a really nice and caring host, I felt like at home and would definitely come back to visit if I’m in the area again.

The location was fantastic with beautiful views over the Annecy lake, the hostess was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips where to go in the neighbourhood, the garden was beautiful to watch stars and the breakfast was amazing! On top of that, the beds were so comfortable, we were very well rested after our stay at La Vallombreuse, I would 100% recommend everyone to stay here.

Host was lovely. Spoke very good English and was very helpful in organising our day in Annecy. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of local produce, homemade jams and cake. We arranged to have an evening meal at the property which was also home cooked and delicious.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are just incredible. Amazing pool which was just for us. The chalet is beautiful, we loved the intricacy of the design. An easy 15 min drive into Annecy and to the lake. Patrick was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Aircon was great. We enjoyed our breakfast every day with the amazing view of the birds, mountains and lake. Nice extra touches like tissues, shower gel, board games and 2 towels each. We loved that there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, even when it rained a little. There is a bar and a mini fridge, perfect for all your snacks and drinks. We didn't cook and didn't have any crockery etc but I'm sure we could have asked if we had needed more. We would definitely recommend visiting here.
