We were very enthusiastic and warmly received by Mark & Kim. We lacked nothing for 5 days.
The rooms were neat and super clean (not even a speck of dust under the bed!), with good mattresses. Clean and spacious bathroom.
The breakfast was extensive and freshly prepared. Did you have a personal wish, for example eggs for breakfast? No problem, it was simply arranged.
In the evening there was the option to join us for dinner for €15.00 p.p. In the morning Mark indicated what he would cook that evening. And it must be said: the meals were simple but delicious!
Location of the chambre d'hôte is very quiet in a rural area. Exactly what we were looking for. All you hear are the cows. It is a perfect base for visits to the D-day beaches and, for example, Le Mont Saint-Michel.

Gorgeous old renovated property. Such friendly hosts. One night stop over. They had food for us - booked in advance on their recommendation. Delicious. Simple but fresh breakfast in the morning.
Beds comfy. Room clean. Would stay again.
They helped us with our French speaking and were so kind in doing so.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. It just outside Bayeux, plenty of secure parking, beautiful surroundings and all the animals. Beatrice’s warm welcome was the best, and breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Beautiful location, lovely farmhouse comfortable and clean with a fine library of books. Large airy bedroom with magnificently comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Lovely garden unfortunately the weather did not permit use of the pool but this looked clean and well maintained. Jacqui and Evan were splendid hosts and made our stay a pleasure.
It was a great experience to sleep into a cider barrel. The place is really quiet and at a clear night you can see the stars just above your head. It is very close to the historic D-day beaches.
The breakfast was really good!
Absolutely charming farmhouse that has been beautifully renovated. Jacqui and Evan are very welcoming and accomodating. Upon simple request a lovely dinner is served, would recommend as this chambre d'hôtes is quite remote (nevertheless easy to find) with few restaurant options around. the rooms was spacious and very comfortable (not to mention very charming), bathroom was convenient and clean. Will surely return here!
We loved this B&B. Our room was spacious, spotless clean & comfortable. Lovely & quiet location. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Jacqui & Evan put so much effort into making your stay enjoyable. They are so friendly, kind & very accommodating.
Thank you for a delightful stay !
Jacky and Evan are great hosts. Jacky cooks great dinner if you prefer to eat on site. Their place is also great when you are travelling with a dog as they can run free on the property. thank you for the Great Stay
