We stayed in the Safari Room. It was very comfortable. Mme Christine was helpful with suggestions on how to get around town and where to eat dinner. We were happily surprised to find the tram stop nearby, which made it easy to get into the center of town and back.

We absolutely loved our little stay. Laurence is a lovely lady, such a warm and welcoming host. She is truly committed to ensuring her guests enjoy their stay and are comfortable. Room was incredible; very spacious, comfortable bed, soft furnishing and styling are fabulous. Wish we were able to stay longer. Well thought out design in room and bathroom. Parking was available upon request, which was a bonus. Short walk to old town, restaurants and shops. Breakfast room and the breakfast were wonderful. Thankyou so much for making us feel so welcome.

Manuela was a perfect host! She had gluten free breads and assorted fruits and breads and homemade jams for our breakfast and the flat itself is a beautiful 2nd floor spacious apartment with a king bed in a timber frame home right in the center of medieval Le Mans. If you want to stay somewhere historic (over 500 years old) and walkable then this is your place. I think the property isa bargain at almost any price because it's a very unique experience. Manuela was also available late for our check in and was responsive on WhatsApp throughout our stay. Really magical place and one of the best of our entire journey through France. Note that the closest parking garage sometimes closes at 11pm. There is a garage across the street that is always available but it's a further walk at night back up the hill to the historic area where you are staying. So if you are arriving late, just be aware that it's smarter to drive up to the square, unload your bags, and then see which parking lot you need to go to.
