A wonderful place to stay when visiting Laon!

Maison Seraphine is a well maintained old home that Pierre and Claire have adapted, furnished, and decorated with fine taste and style. The breakfast is an abundant spread of French breads, pastries, jams, cheese, juice, coffee, teas, and fruit. There even was a special chocolate breakfast cake prepared the first morning of our stay. Pierre ia an extraordinary host offering language support (we spoke only a little French) and tips for food and sightseeing in Laon. We very much enjoyed our time in this medieval city and Maison Seraphine is right in the middle of offering all the advantages of visiting. We highly recommend it to other travelers.

This is a great little place to stay especially for pilgrims walking the Via Francigena. The apartment has two floors...the upper floor is a cosy little sleeping area while the main floor houses a shower and soothing sauna for weiry walkers! Food can be ordered from Laon and delivered free of charge while you unwind in the apartments pretty little garden.
