The room and the common bathroom were very tidy and clean, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also it was very quiet, but that might be because there weren't many guests at the time i was there. The owners are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, fabulous location and amazing vue from 1st floor windows. Parking in front. Welcoming host. Breakfast was extra but nicely presented on a tray outside room. Thoughtful extras like a pair of binoculars. Nice restaurants nearby.

Great location and Paul and Claudine were fantastic hosts. Beautiful house and garden only 15 mins walk from Lannion town centre with all its restaurants. Breakfasts were amazing with home made honey. Amazing place and hosts and we will be back.
We met the owner who spoke good English and showed me around the property. The lighting and heating were good as was the shower. Everything we needed was there. There were about six English language television channels. Parking was on the property in a quiet street. There are three units but we were the only ones there at the time. The place is within easy walking distance of the centre.

Warm and cosy, the bathroom turned into a real sauna, after I had taken a shower, which I absolutely enjoyed on a rainy day. Cute little place, next to the train station and to the bus stop, where buses to the coast leave. Also very close to the city centre. I really liked it here and it's definitely value for money. You can deposit your luggage at Hotel Ibis (5€), which has also got excellent coffee and a lovely garden.
