Very nice hosts; very, very good price to quality ratio; Separate house and being fully independent; quiet; very good localisation near Fecamp and Etretat; a lot of space within the house; very very good equipment, comfortable furniture, large beds, everything you may need during your stay; no issues with parking the car. The hearty breakfast and needed by me since I am cycling, the warm hosts who put up with my fractured French but encouraged me to practice using it. They went out of their way to help me and also clued me in to a bicycle trail which I took that day and the next day (Le Chemin du Lin) and which was superb. The room was large with a private patio, beautifully decorated, and you could activate a room darkening security panel (wow!).
