The property was well located with a 5 minute walk into the old city centre. Our room was one of three, spotlessly clean and very quiet. There was a fully equipped communal kitchen including a washing machine. The pool and surrounds were very clean and pool towels were provided. The owners, who live on the property in a separate house, had very little English but there were a list of rules in English posted in the room. We were provided with a lovely continental breakfast and freshly made pancakes from 08.30. Parking was on a small grassy public area beside a no through road.

Lovely breakfast - smells delicious as soon as you leave your room to head upstairs and so much fresh, homemade produce too.
Very scenic location, beautiful views all around. This was our second time visiting and we loved it just as much aa the first time. Some lovely afternoons spent swimming and in the hot tub with the wonderful views.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location and very peaceful setting. Emma and Richard are very approachable and gave us some excellent local recommendations. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped.
We had a wonderful stay with Hazel (and Josephine the dog!) who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun, even lending us her kayaks to potter along the river. Beautiful room, lots of outside space to sit and enjoy, and a great location close to town and the river. Thank you so much!
