It was a mansion with excellent gardens and interior with closed courtyard parking. Inside it was pristine with oil paintings and classical furniture. The owners spoke English and couldn't have been more welcoming. They were the perfect attentive hosts. They provided an excellent breakfast.

A beautifully restored property with four delightful rooms Eric was attentive and helpful and we had a lovely stay at la Kefoise. A lovely meal cooked by the hosts and an excellent breakfast in the morning a great end to our holiday . The house is only 15 minutes from Wemy so really convenient for visiting this amazing memorial. Thank you, Eric we will be back.

Loved the Location in quiet part of center of town, with secure parking (€10) giving us excellent choice of restaurants all within walking distance. On the hottest day of the year so far, The staff had thoughtfully drawn the curtains to prevent the hot sun from overheating the room. They also greeted us with chilled bottles of water. Very thoughtful and welcoming! Breakfast was fab- huge selection of pastries, charcuterie, hot dishes, compote, fresh fruit and cereals. Highly recommended !
A beautifully decorated and furnished home completely in tune with its era. Amazingly comfortable stay, very friendly and helpful hosts, delicious and copious breakfast and free private parking in the courtyard. Easy walk from town. Very quiet. Will definitely return on our next trip.
Lovely cottage which has been refurbished to a high standard, with three good sized bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Feels very homely and is exactly as described.
Great location. Very quiet. All rooms have external blinds, so complete darkness on bedrooms can be achieved.

The room was bright, airy and comfortable. The location was quiet and very close to the centre of town. The parking was very secure (tight but quite manageable). We came heavily loaded for a long stay in France so overnight private parking was important to us. This was our fourth overnight stop in Arras and this is now our favourite hotel.

Charming bed and breakfast, very private, feels like a home! Each room is unique, nicely decorated, with love to details. The garden is so lovely and the cats are an additional plus. We got the best chocolate homemade cake ever for the breakfast. The location is also very convenient as you can walk to the center. The host is very welcoming and the rooms come with complimentary water, coffee, tea. Would return everytime again for a longer stay!
